Common problems and treatment measures of high temperature steam solenoid valve
1. High temperature The saturated steam temperature with a pressure of 6kgf/cm2 is 163℃, and the temperature exceeds 200℃ when the pressure is 16kgf/cm2. Since this high-temperature fluid passes through the center of the solenoid valve coil, and the coil has a temperature rise after being energized, if no special measures are taken, the coil of the high-temperature steam solenoid valve will be burned out.
Plan: Adopt special high-temperature electric heating materials and sealing materials, and adopt special processing technology to make the temperature resistance up to 250℃.
2. Corrosion When the high temperature steam is at the same time, the corrosion of the parts in contact with it is stronger than that of oil, air, and water. This is the reason why the high temperature steam solenoid valve gets stuck and fails soon after it is used.
Solution: The valve body of the high temperature steam solenoid valve is made of stainless steel, and the other parts in contact with the medium are also made of stainless steel, which solves the problem of corrosion.
3. Large pressure fluctuations. At the peak of steam consumption, the steam pressure is very low; and at the peak of steam consumption, the pressure is very high. This is also the cause of the failure of the opening and closing of the high-temperature steam solenoid valve. Especially for the indirect solenoid valve, the main valve cannot be compensated for wear, and it often cannot be opened at low pressure after a period of use.
Proposal: using distributed direct structure type, pressure adaptable range 0-16kgf/cm2, reliable action, life is not shortened due to wear.
4. Condensed water In the past, solenoid valves have a narrow range of medium viscosity. The solenoid valve used for gas cannot be used for liquid, and the solenoid valve used for liquid cannot be used for gas. When the steam is transported in the pipeline, there are different contents of condensate due to the change of the outside temperature, which often causes the solenoid valve to operate incorrectly. Only by solving the above problems can the high-temperature steam solenoid valve meet the minimum requirements for use.
Proposal: Special design measures and inspection measures are adopted to expand the applicable range of medium viscosity and ensure that the condensate contained in the steam pipeline will not hinder the action of the high-temperature steam solenoid valve during normal use. The traditional return spring is omitted, and fluid lubrication is used to improve the fatigue and wear resistance performance.
