  • On-site maintenance, the valve seat can be replaced on site by removing the pressure Dsic only (without removing the valve Dsic and shaft), thus simplifying the maintenance and reducing maintenance costs.
  • Anti-blowout structure, the split collar at the lower end of the valve shaft is help to fix the valve shaft and also prevent the shaft from blowout due to damage to the connecting pin.
  • Optimized valve Dsic: the spherical contour of its back can help to ensure the strength of the valve Dsic, increase the maximum medium flow and improve the flow capacity of the valve, thus improving the Cv value of the valve. The ball is fixed by the upper and lower supports, and the stem bears the opening and closing torque only.
  • Convenient filler adjustment: the filler can be adjusted and replaced on site without removing the drive device in the convenient filler system. With the integrated filler gland, the valve shaft can be prevented from jamming arising from its offset.
  • Pipeline terminal service: any end of the lug-type high-performance butterfly valve can be set up on a pipeline terminal within the entire pressure and temperature range, with two-way sealing under the full rated pressure.
