Triple Offset butterfly valve

  • Introduction

Introduced French TOV design. Triple Offset design in the truest sense of the word. The moment the butterfly valve is opened, the disc is completely detached from the valve seat without any friction and interference. Forward/Reverse: Isobaric sealing in both directions. LEAKAGE LEVEL: EN12266-1 CLASS A / FCI 70-2 CLASS VI Double-break valve shaft design increases valve flow capacity

  • Applications

Petrochemical refining and oil refining equipment, coal chemical, polysilicon, thermal power plant, iron and steel metallurgy, etc.

  • When the valve is opened, the entire butterfly Dsic will instantly fall off the valve seat. The valve is subject to 360° sealing without friction. Its initial and final strokes are vertical displacements.
  • The valve Dsic and seat form a cone-in-cone structure with surface-to-surface sealing, so the valve has high nominal pressure.
  • Dynamic sealing, the valve opening will not be absolutely zone, The valve with no stop is able to withstand high temperature and high/low temperature change.
  • Stem sealing by torque, when a torque is applied on the valve stem, there is uniform specific sealing pressure between the valve seat and seal ring.
  • Two-way sealing, zero leakage in forward and reverse directions under full differential pressure.

    DIN 12516, ASME B16.34, API 609
