  • The knife gate valve features the integral structure, ultra-thin valve body and full-diameter flow, thus minimizing medium leakage and flow loss and facilitate installation. The streamlined cavity of the valve body is helpful to reduce the fluid resistance. The valve body is equipped with supporting feet and lifting holes to facilitate installation.
  • The gate at the bottom of the runner is secured with a fixed guide instead of a groove, thereby avoiding jamming caused by medium accumulation.
  • The gate with a knife-shaped arc bottom has excellent shearing and sealing effects against the medium during movement.
  • The gate is guided with little friction when it is opened and closed, so as to avoid damage.
  • The gate thickness can be increased depending on the pipeline pressure.
  • The valve is equipped with a replaceable valve seat (non-integrated seal). If the seal surface is worn, only the valve seat needs to be replaced, which can greatly facilitate subsequent valve maintenance, prolong the service life of the valve and reduce equipment costs.
