According to the person in charge of the project, due to the impact of the new crown epidemic and the "rush for installations", construction resources such as construction ships and steel pipe piles are extremely tight. Faced with various difficulties, the company leaders personally deployed and directed the wind power branch. , Take the initiative, give full play to the role of overall coordination, intensive management and control, actively explore ship resource information, visit domestic ship leasing companies, and effectively solve the problem of insufficient wind turbine installation ships through measures such as adding, combining, and deploying industry wind rack resources. During the construction process, the project department adhered to the leadership of party building, actively carried out labor competitions, provided logistical support and caring services, and received unanimous praise and support from various suppliers and shipping merchants, which provided a guarantee for the project to achieve the wind turbine installation goals on schedule.

In order to speed up the wind turbine installation process, the project department fully mobilized and brought into play the initiative and creativity of all construction personnel, and actively allocated neutral wind turbine installation ships. For the wind turbine installation ships entering the site, the construction of one machine, one plan, and one crane and one summary was adopted. Method: Strengthen the design of construction organization, optimize the installation process, and improve the installation efficiency; maximize the use of the window period and rationally use the spring tide period, so that every second is counted, and the scene of "five machines on the same platform" is realized. At the same time, in collaboration with the Jiaxing No. 2 offshore wind power project, it has created a high-quality and efficient "one area, two projects" record of completing 50 typhoon rack installations in two and a half months.

Shengsi No. 2 offshore wind farm project is located in the Wangpanyang sea area on the southwest side of the Rugged Islands, inside Hangzhou Bay, with a maximum water depth of more than 14 meters and a sea area of 62.4 square kilometers. It is planned to build 67 6.25 MW wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 400 MW. . The part of China Railway Bridge Bureau responsible for the construction includes the foundation construction of 32 wind turbines, the installation of wind turbines, and the permanent navigation mark configuration of the entire wind farm.

This project is currently the largest offshore wind power project approved in Zhejiang Province. After the completion of the project, the annual on-grid power will exceed 1.04 billion kWh. Compared with coal-fired thermal power units of the same scale, it can save about 336,000 tons of standard coal and reduce the emission of greenhouse gas carbon dioxide by 688,000 tons.
